The location is convenient for sightseeing and
The room was well-equipped for our stay. The staff particularly stood out with their local recommendations, but I found the housekeeping a bit overzealous, changing linens when I had requested not to. Still, the ambience was charming and inviting.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay during business trip.
Location: the hotel was really close to all the central cafes, surrounding area and cafes and restaurants. The rooms were new-fashioned and functional, with tables close together...

Comfortable bed in superior king room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set. Perfect central location, just next door to the main rail station and also city center, the most important monuments and surrounding area.

Couple Recommended Getaway
The location is excellent and really convenient, just a short walk from the station and the canals with all the nice bars and restaurants. Plus, the staff was fantastic, they upgraded me to a big room with a really comfy bed. I actually extended my stay because I liked it so much, went for a stroll to check out the local spots, and it was fun overall!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, for what you get, it was still acceptable.

Breakfast should be more generous, for a hotel with 4 stars.

The hotel has a very funky, arty entrance with ultra-modernist furniture, art, bric-a-brac, and style. The price was excellent for what we got.
The hotel is on a busy street, which was a little noisy at times, but nothing too bad. The fixtures were a little worn, but that seems to be the Trieste thing.

Overall hotel was just reasonable except the carpets were black with dirt and need urgent cleaning.

The Standard Double room had decent space with notable comfort. Found some nice decorative touches throughout the hotel that added to the aesthetic.
The shower door in my bathroom could use a serious upgrade, letting in water far too easily. Late-night noise crept in from outside, a bummer for anyone hoping to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom setup was awkward. Maneuvering around the bidet to access the shower was a challenge, and I felt cramped while trying to dry off.

Hotel in city center, near the railway station and bus station. To a Grande canal for 10 minutes on foot.
View from window to window at home.

This is a clean, well-equipped hotel only a 5-10 minute easy walk from the intercity bus station and main train station. The reception is friendly, English-speaking, and helpful, as is the chamber staff. The rooms have the facilities that one needs. When the a/c stopped working in our standard room, the hotel transferred us to a superior room graciously and quickly; the staff even moved our luggage. The difference in room grades has to do with bathroom cosmetics, jacuzzi-like things in the bathtub, an oriental-style rug over the carpet, and different furniture. The breakfast supplements the usual Italian breads and beverages with juice, fruit, yogurt, and eggs---maybe even more. The hotel is apparently family-owned, which may account for the sense of personal care. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends. It is not a luxurious palace but a very nice hotel, well-located also for sightseeing, and an excellent value.

The people from the reception were very nice and helpful
Air conditioning was very noisy and didn't work very well, the design of the room was rather old and unfortunately there was some dust on the furnitures
